5. Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy is specifically tailored for educational materials:

  • Returns are generally only accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong items sent.

  • Books must be in their original condition (unmarked, no name written, and plastic wrapping intact, if applicable). Returns will be handled MANUALLY at office or school.

  • Note: Digital codes or scratched-off activation labels are non-returnable.
